If you’re ready to be part of something bigger than yourself, we invite you to step in. Do you have skills (or a desire
to learn) in:
Event Setup – Assist with preparing the gathering space, arranging tables, setting out participant materials, and helping create a welcoming environment.
Hospitality – Help serve tea and dessert and assist with light hospitality during the gathering.
Event Support – Assist with greeting participants, helping distribute books and materials, and supporting the event host.
Outreach – Help connect Storyvangelist with community organizations that serve women who may benefit from Ruby’s Table gatherings.
Administrative – Assist with assembling participant gift bags, preparing printed materials, and organizing supplies for upcoming gatherings.
Community Partnership – Help identify and coordinate with local organizations interested in hosting Ruby’s Table gatherings.
